How does the Team Culture Club work?

The Team Culture Club is a friendly and supportive online space for leaders who are driving team culture change. This is your opportunity to get inspired by others, share experiences and gain fresh perspectives on challenges you’re facing now, or in the future.

It is a facilitated agenda-less meeting and runs like a Lean Coffee. If you’re not familiar with that concept, this is how it works.

• We each bring one or more questions, observations or current challenges.
• We vote on what we’d like to discuss.
• We share ideas, insights and experiences on the first topic.
• When time is up, we vote whether to continue discussing that topic or move onto the next.
• At the end of time, we share what we loved, learned and action we’ll take.

The first one on Tuesday 3 June, 10am to 11.30am, is free.
