If so, I can help. I am a leadership consultant who specialises in helping technology companies develop their female talent to get promoted, improve employee engagement and close the gender pay gap, through development programmes, workshops and 1:1 coaching.
A former Global Head of IT Service in a City law firm, my 25+ years’ leadership experience at firms such as Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte), Credit Suisse and McDermott Will & Emery gives me first hand understanding of the challenges faced by women in technology.
I am often invited to comment on TV, radio and in print, on women in the workplace, work-life balance, equality, diversity, leadership, and career issues.
In 2012 I set up my independent consultancy to partner with technology companies to help them develop and protect their female talent pipeline.
My approach is to give women the confidence to lead in a way that makes the most of their natural strengths and styles – authentically so without trying to be somebody else. And to give managers the tools to support that.
We all know that inclusion should be the norm and that inclusive organisations are more successful, more productive and more impactful. We feel the pressure to reduce the pay gap and improve pay transparency while maintaining company culture.
