Partnering with technology companies to develop and retain female talent
Do you feel frustrated at how slowly things are changing for gender diversity and inclusion at your organisation?
Are you losing more female talent than you’re attracting?
Is your gender pay gap growing instead of closing?
Would you like to retain more of your top female talent and encourage more women to step forward into leadership roles?
If so, I can help. I am a leadership consultant who specialises in helping technology companies develop their female talent to get promoted, improve employee engagement and close the gender pay gap, through development programmes, workshops and 1:1 coaching.
A former Global Head of IT Service in a City law firm, my 25+ years’ leadership experience at firms such as Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte), Credit Suisse and McDermott Will & Emery gives me first hand understanding of the challenges faced by women in technology.
I am often invited to comment on TV, radio and in print, on women in the workplace, work-life balance, equality, diversity, leadership, and career issues.
In 2012 I set up my independent consultancy and specialise in partnering with technology companies to help them develop and protect their female talent pipeline.
My approach is to give women the confidence to lead in a way that makes the most of their natural strengths and styles – authentically so without trying to be somebody else. And to give managers the tools to support that.
We all know that inclusion should be the norm and that inclusive organisations are more successful, more productive and more impactful. We feel the pressure to reduce the pay gap and improve pay transparency while maintaining company culture.
You can speed up the change by bringing in an experienced consultant, trainer and coach to help you close that gap.
