I’m Sherry, and I’m a Team Performance Coach who specialises in helping the teams behind the team perform at the highest level so the team on the pitch, in court or on the road makes winning headlines.
My background is technology in the professional services sector. I’ve worked for some impressive organisations including Arthur Andersen, McDermott Will & Emery and Credit Suisse in various global technology leadership roles.
Since setting up my independent practice in 2012, I’ve worked with incredible organisations such as Age UK, Citizens Advice, DAZN, Deloitte, Foot Anstey, IQVIA, Keytree, Kingsley Napley, LionHeart, Macfarlanes, Macmillan Cancer Support, NCT and Sophos.

I recently won an award for a project at Macmillan Cancer Support. I coached and supported 13 multidisciplinary teams to adopt and embrace Agile ways of working to develop the new five year strategy. A piece of work that delivered above and beyond expectations, and has transformed the charity.
