Team Leadership Mastery

Are you a manager running the teams behind the team?

Do you feel frustrated because you’re working ridiculous long hours but never seem to get anything done?

Are you struggling to prioritise what’s important because you’re constantly firefighting and dealing with last minute crises? Then missing out on family time at the weekend?

Do you want a highly engaged team that can fix problems without you needing to get involved and makes you proud to be their leader?

If so, I can help.

I’m Sherry, and I’m a Team Performance Coach who specialises in helping the teams behind the team perform at the highest level so the team on the pitch, in court or on the road makes winning headlines.

If you’d met me in 1987 you’d have seen an ambitious woman in technology.

My career started at Arthur Andersen. I spent 11 years there and mastered the art of building high-performing teams. Followed by 10 years at leading international law firm, McDermott Will & Emery.

In my last role as Global Head of IT Service, I transformed the lacklustre service desk into an award-winning team.

I’ve seen first hand the importance of the teams behind the team when I raced for an amateur London cycling club. No support, no wins. My proudest moment: 4th in the London Cyclo-Cross league.

I launched my independent practice in 2012 to build rockstar teams.

Since then I have worked with organisations such as DAZN, Deloitte, IQVIA, Keytree, Kingsley Napley, Macfarlanes, Macmillan Cancer Support and Michelmores.

Teams who work with me are more productive, more engaged, more creative, and more innovative which means they are brilliant at collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making.

So you get more precious time and invaluable headspace to prioritise the strategic objectives that will get you promoted. (And giving you more time with your family at the weekend!)
